    I have been using Beals services for quite a while now and have in no way been anything but astounded with regards to their service which I believe to be valuable, reliable and hugely professional. They return any phone calls at the very first achievable opportunity; keep you totally educated of any progress with discovering tenants, undertaking maintenance, etc and are willing to counsel on all aspects of property letting very often researching the ideal deals for insurance, etc. They are lovely and welcoming anytime you visit the office offering drinks and assistance on all aspects of letting and no matter how busy they are, they always freely give their time. I have recommended them on several occasions, both to prospective landlords and to tenants and I am very pleased to continue to do so due to the excellent service which they dependably provide.opportunity; keep you fully informed of any progress with finding tenants, carrying out repairs and so forth. They are willing to advise on all aspects of property letting very often researching the best deals for insurance, etc. They once completely oversaw the refurbishment of my property while I was abroad including plastering, decorating throughout and fitting a new kitchen and bathroom - all to the highest standard and using very professional workmen. They are friendly and welcoming whenever you visit the office offering refreshments and advice on all aspects of letting and no matter how busy they are they always give freely of their time. I have recommended them on several occasions, both to prospective landlords and to tenants and I am very pleased to continue to do so.
