    The process of getting a vehicle is really easy. The staff is really good and polite. I had no issues at all with them.

    The worst customer service. Rude and patronising. Can ONLY pay by credit card. Can ONLY pay deposit by credit card. Extremely slow. 5 staff members chatting, one serving customers. I've used many van and car hire places, this place is really terrible. All I wanted to do was cover the deposit for my sisters van hire and the only way it was possible was to pay an extra ВЈ12 on my CC, become the main driver and add additional driver. And the van they gave us had a massive crack in the windscreen! Avoid this place!!
