    First the good bits ... the bodywork repair seems a good standard and the communication etc... during the repair was OK. There was damage to the rear wheel arch, the alloy wheel and the sidewall of the tyre was damaged. The bodywork was repaired and the wheel was sent away for refurbishment. They had also advised they would replace the tyre. When I picked it up, the existing tyre with obvious sidewall damage (you couldn't read any of the lettering and it was scored) was still on the car and no effort was even made to clean off the paint from the other vehicle on the tyre. They claimed the tyre was safe but accepted this was missed and ordered a new tyre. I took the vehicle and used it sparingly (slowly) until the new tyre was fitted. 1 week later I had the tyre fitted and took the car onto the motorway where it was immediately obviously the car veered right with the steering wheel straight. It was offset by some 5-10 degrees. Took it to a local garage the next morning who carried out an alignment on the car for ВЈ50 and it drove straight. Contacted A and J who first suggested I must have hit a pot hole or similar as they aligned the car at some point during the repair. They then claimed the fitting of the tyre may have caused the alignment issue. My point was that the repair was not completed until the tyre was fitted and at that point it should drive straight. I offered them the opportunity to react to my complaint in whichever way they saw fit, and I would recommend them / review them based on that response. They decided that they were not responsible for the alignment and offered no refund so my review / score is based on that experience for others to judge. Just to add, they also lost my locking wheel nut cover - which they ordered to replace. Shame really that they value ВЈ50 over reputation.
