- Angelos Vasileios MelatosMay, 19 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆the reception is very rude with no attention on customer needs and act like they are doctors while they are unqualified receptionists that cannot make any judgement on medical and dental grounds. I have worked in customer service all over the world and I can confirm to you that this customer service is by far one of the worst I have ever experienced. As well, due to the cost effective nature of the 'clinic' (paying roughly ВЈ55 no matter what the treatment is), the dentists are avoiding hard work and give misinformed advice to make their job easier. This is totally unethical! I have personally reported it to the relevant authority and regulatory body and I will escalate this to the very top of the organisation's hierarchy
