- robbospsAug, 31 2019★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Booked a table for 4:30. Arrived and they had written it for 2:30. The hostesses knowledge of drinks was a little poor but she was polite and returned when needed for more drinks/refills. Food ordered and starters were good. Main courses were a little disappointing as the salmon pasta was cold, so it was simply microwaved. No plate change, no sprucing up. Just re heated. My Calabria burger was nicely cooked and well presented, but how can you get fries wrong. They were either re heated or over cooked! By the end of dinner the restaurant was busy as you’d expect for a Saturday night. We were hoping to have left by 7pm. The size of pudding was poor. A ВЈ6 slice of cake that an inch and a half width. Profit over anything else. One of the group struggled to get the baby trolley out as the tables were tightly packed in. I had to walk halfway round the restaurant just to get to the loo. Massive positive is the size of the disabled loo/ baby change room. The staff were always polite, but the overall food very average. I don’t think I will return.
