    Cross fit gym, don't have the correct equipment so people have to run up and down busy highstreet at fast pace seems stupid and dangerous

    Its amazing its hard woek in the gym downstairs and upstairs theres a dance studio which has almost every type of dance even disco

    Been going here for nearly 6 months now. Fantastic facility, fantastic coaches and more importantly a fantastic group of people to train with and better yourself. 10/10 would recommend.
