- JD omaddenSep, 21 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆bad company !they owe us compensation sold us car with inherited problems costing 1700 REPAIRS they made promises cannot keep them we are still paying then next June they can collect this car contract ends poor service call centre staff upset you threaten you too! c wright c jury and smith others have really upset us Since Today REQUESTED TO TERMINATE contract they play on words an agent agreed half the 2646 and is sending recorded delivery form to confirm termination of the contract hopefully the car will be gone this week nothing else to pay meanwhile under dispute resolution advide from staff Millissa told to go to ombudsman waiting for all my monies back this company is a risk to take and service is very poor system is always down say Miss Hoar this is her name also they owe me after onbudsman instructions to help the situation not correct more problems let you know the out come ! s/o set 01p not refusing to pay and the bank checking where does the monies go as they use mortages to gain finance from staff see company house and there bills not paid on time with revenue either very disturbing news the first hold as gone bust in Plymouth the second hold never heard off overseas account need investigating don't be rude to them throw there language back at them the contract they cant cope lots maladministration
