    I contacted Treloggan in advance of starting chemotherapy. Natalie was very sensitive and spent ages talking about my impending hair loss. She suggested I send some photos as I was keen to find a wig that looked as close as possible to my own hair. At my appointment, Natalie showed me a wig that she thought matched my hair and several others for me to look at. I ended up buying the first one I saw! Losing my hair was so distressing - but I knew that I had prepared as much I could and for that I have to thank Natalie. She was very knowledgable about chemo and about different wigs; what might work for me and how to look after both my wig and my own hair when it starts to grow back. A very positive experience at a very difficult time.
